With a diploma in HR and over 15 years’ experience in customer service, Laura is an organised person who pays attention to detail and likes to see things resolved.

In her day to day role, Laura coordinates the critical running of Internal Sales, Service and Dispatch.

Backed by her experience and knowledge of Dynaweld’s operations, she is able to anticipate trends in the workflow and can quickly redeploy people with the right skills to get the job completed.

Part of providing outstanding service also means keeping up with changing technologies and the technical specifications of the multiple products in the range.

Laura sees one of the highlights of her job as being surrounded by good people, working together to create an effortless customer service experience…even when occasionally things go wrong that are out of your control.
