Matt Crawford - Internal Sales

Matt has been with Dynaweld for ten years, handling internal sales: dealing with customers via phone and email, understanding their needs and recording orders.

His customer service includes the ability to communicate with the great variety of people who deal with Dynaweld across many different situations.

As well as developing his product and technical knowledge on a daily basis, Matt really enjoys seeing an empty inbox at the end of the day, with all the inquiries ticked off his to-do list.

He has made great friendships within the company and is very proud of the way Dynaweld has gone from strength to strength in the years he’s been there.

Although Matt’s product knowledge has deepened many years, he still finds some things challenging – the endless number of TIG Torch variations, for example!

Out of the office, you’ll find Matt running, working out, gaming or spending time with family and friends.
